Thank you for your interest in reserving the clubhouse at the Lakes of White Oak.

You must live in one of the Lakes of White Oak Communities, Woodstream, Kingsbrook, Pebblecreek, or Springfield, must be current with your community assessments, and not have any ongoing covenant violations to reserve the facility.

Please email LakesofWhiteOak@gmail.com to check availability and obtain additional information. A new online booking option is coming soon through the homeowner portal with our new property management company (August 2026). 

Clubhouse Rental Basics:

The Reservation is for 8:00am – 11:59pm for 1 day.  This includes set up time. 

Rental cost is $275. A refundable $250 deposit is required.

14-Six foot tables. 30 in. X 72 in.
84-folding chairs
1-10 foot stepladder
1-Small stepladder
3-large trash cans
Full Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave
