The Lakes of White Oak Community comprises four neighborhoods: Woodstream, Springfield, Pebble Creek, and Kingsbrook. The Association Board is dedicated to ensuring the communities within Lakes of White Oak are well-maintained for quality residential living. Community covenants and bylaws are in place to uphold property maintenance standards and aesthetic guidelines, thereby enhancing the neighborhood’s appearance. The Association prioritizes recreation, safety, and the overall enjoyment of the community. Additionally, efforts are made to maintain and enhance the neighborhood while keeping dues affordable. The Board is committed to sustaining this trend moving forward.
The Community Management Associates, Inc (CMA) is the professional property management company responsible for overseeing the daily operations and covenant enforcement for the Lakes of White Oak communities.
