2024 POOL REGISTRATION

Individuals requesting passes must live in the Lakes of White Oak Community which are the following neighborhoods:

Woodstream, Kingsbrook, Pebblecreek, and Springfield 

Only fill out this request if you will actually utilize the pool, and only enter those in your household who will, please.

ONE SET OF POOL CARDS IS PROVIDED TO EACH HOUSEHOLD PER SEASON.

REPLACEMENT CARDS CAN BE OBTAINED FOR A FEE OF $2 EACH

Residents must be current in annual assessments, fees, etc., to have access to the pool during the 2023 season.  All individuals listed must be full-time residents of the household to have a pass and...

 

ALL INDIVIDUALS 16 YEARS AND OLDER MUST HAVE VALID ID MATCHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD ADDRESS.  You may pick up your family's cards but you must have ID for all individuals 16 or over.

 

ENTER ALL NAMES OF HOUSEHOLD REQUESTING A POOL CARD.

Names, Ages, and their relationship to head of household is required for pool security purposes.


If you have more than 8 members of your household, please see a pool manager to complete your enrollment.

The Lakes of White Oak Community Association mandates the following rules be followed by each person at the pool facility. Any questions concerning these rules should be directed to the Pool Manager. Lakes of White Oak Community Association of Coweta County, Inc. staff reserves the right to revoke membership cards and/or expel persons failing to comply with these rules.
