A REPLACEMENT CARD CAN BE OBTAINED FOR A FEE OF $25 EACH Residents must be current in annual assessments, fees, etc., to have access to the tennis courts during the year. By completing this form, you acknowledge that the above information is correct and agree to the following rules: Courts are to be used for tennis or pickle ball only; no other use is permitted. Roller-skating, skateboarding, or bicycle riding on the courts is prohibited at all times. Tennis shoes and sneakers must be worn while on the courts. Pets are prohibited from being on the courts at all times. Smoking, vaping, tobacco products, chewing gum, food, alcoholic beverages, and loud music are all prohibited. Trash and belongings will be removed after use. Privately instructed lessons are prohibited on LOWO tennis courts at all times. Inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to, shouting and the use of foul language are prohibited. Assigned Key cards may only be used by the individuals to which they were assigned. Any lost Key card will require an additional fee of $25 to cover the card replacement. Homeowner fees must be current to have access during the year. Fees are assessed yearly and are considered late as of February 1st of each year. If not paid by the 1st of February, the Key Card will be de-activated.
