Request for Architecture Review Committee Approval

NOTE: Your request must be received by the Monday a week prior to the meeting in order to be considered at the
following monthly ARC Meeting. Requests not received in time will not be reviewed until the following month. If
no submissions are received, the ARC reserves the right to cancel the meeting without notice.

Fencing Information: What are the dimensions? (Fence must comply with city and county requirements) Please upload or send in a picture or drawing of fence style, a site plan denoting the location of the fence along with where the fence attaches to the house, must not extend past the front of your house or the neighbors' houses, no chain link allowed.

Shed Information: What is the location and size? Please upload or send in a site plan, picture or drawing of shed, color must match existing color of house. (No metal "prefab" buildings allowed.)

Patio or Walkway Information: Please provide information and list the materials to be used. Please upload or send in a site plan denoting location and design.

Private Pool Information: What are the dimensions? What are the materials? (Pool must comply with city and county requirements) Please upload or send in a picture or drawing from contractor, a site plan denoting location and property line setbacks, a landscape plan, and a fencing plan.

Deck/Porch Information: What are the dimensions? What are the materials? Please upload or send in a picture or drawing from contractor, and a site plan denoting location.

Building Additions Information: Brief description. What are the dimensions? What are the materials? (Must match the existing materials of the home.) Please upload or send in a detailed architectural drawing from contractor with size, color, and a site plan denoting location of add on.

Temporary Improvements Information: What type of temporary building or structure, i.e., large dumpster, storage POD, etc. What are the dates of delivery and pickup?

Solar Panel Information: What type of Panels? What are the dimensions? Please upload or send in a site plan with a drawing of the location of the panels on the roof. Panels must not be visible from the street.

Landscaping Information: Provide a description of the landscaping change you are planning. Ex: Major landscaping, tree removal, etc.. Please upload or send in a site plan with a drawing of the landscaping changes you are making.

Other: Provide a description the change you are wanting to do if it does not fall into one of the categories above; or if you need to provide more information. Please upload or send in site plans and drawings with information.

ARC INFORMATION

The Architecture Review Committee meets every 1st Monday of each month at 7:00pm. Your request will be reviewed during this meeting; however, the ARC may not render a decision on your request at this meeting. Please include the following:

A written description of the proposed changes or additions to your property.
A copy of your property plot indicating the exact location of proposed changes or additions.
A photo or sketch with the style, dimensions, materials, and color of the proposed changes or additions, or a photo or sketch depicting trees to be removed.
Request for repainting of house or any outside additions must include a color swatch.
A start and completion date.
